Sammi, the owner of Swan Pilates, is passionate about Pilates and what it can do for your body. She is a certified instructor that has been teaching for over 2 years. She enjoys watching her clients progress and reach their health goals, both physically and mentally. Sports and fitness have always been a huge part of Sammi's life. She played soccer at the University of Utah - during her freshman year, she tore her hamstring, which led her to reformer Pilates. Through Pilates, Sammi was able to improve her strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. Pilates helped her heal and recover from past injuries, while strengthening her body and preventing future injuries.
Caleigh, is a full time Pilates Instructor who grew up doing competitive dancing and has always had a passion for mindful movements. She began her 500 HR Yoga Teacher Training in 2019, and has been guiding mindful movements through yoga, meditation, and Pilates ever since. Pilates was born into her life in 2021. she has fallen more in love with the practice everywhere she goes. When she's not teaching you can find her in the mountains with her dog or listening to a good podcast at home while cooking.
