TK fell in love with yoga several years ago. Started for the exercise, stayed for the mental clarity, energy and the reminder of being enough just as she is each time she shows up. Yoga has been a refuge and safe place ever since. Within the quiet four corners of a mat, TK sees herself and the world through the best lens: kind, hopeful, genuine. Graduated from teacher training in early 2018 and looking to grow as a student and teacher alongside anyone brave enough to look internally for all the answers to the questions showing up in life. It is a life long journey and TK is committed to exploring and sharing as any offering.

Growing up swimming competitively, health and wellness had always been front & center in Hollie's life. After retiring as a member of the Women's Swim Team at the University of Texas, she was able to slow down and explore more topics such as the Philosophy of Yoga. Seeing swimming as a moving meditation, creating a depth of body awareness and breath work, the transition to the practice of Yoga was a natural one. In 2009, she completed her 200-hour training at Yoga Yoga. After growing her family to include two sweet boys, her focus evolved to researching child development, and completed her 97-hour Children's Yoga Training in 2015. She teaches children of all ages, and currently teaches a variety of Family Yoga classes throughout Austin. Her hope is to build self-awareness and confidence with the children in her classes – helping them feel seen, heard & empowered to express themselves – while also creating a safe, supportive community for all families whose paths she crosses.
