After gaining years of waxing and skincare experience on the Las Vegas Strip and the Dallas metroplex, I opened my own studio in 2010. The newest addition in the Zarah Building is a 300-square-foot room, named QuicSpace, which is available to rent for meetings, retreats, birthday parties, and bridal and baby showers. The room has a 55-inch, wall-mounted TV; WiFi; and a small office. The entrance is handicapped accessible. Capacity is about 15 people for a conference and a few more for a social event. Refreshments and food can be catered through RePerks/Tellers 1872 which is just down the hall. Rental rates: Hour $ 50 ½ Day $ 75 Day $100 Week $350
