She made a name for herself there over 10 years, amassing an unmatched portfolio,including editorial work and ad campaigns.Shiloh was a key hairstylist backstage creating runway looks at NYC and Paris Fashion weeks. Since building Lucas Salon with her longtime friend and colleague Taylor Lucas ,Shiloh has been serving and sharing her well-honed craft with the people of Portland since 2012.

Now regarded as the premier organic colorist in Los Angeles, Howe frequently teaches not only her customers, but also other stylists, the benefits of going green.
