Meg began her journey with yoga in 2008 and it quickly turned into a personal passion. She received her 200 RYT certification from Ritam Healing Arts & continued training for Kundalini Yoga in Asheville, NC. She has a heart based & healing approach to teaching & often blends styles of Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini & Breath Work with an intention of raising our vibration & making space for more joy. Meg loves new experiences & brings that energy into each class. She believes yoga is a catalyst for well being, growth & expansion.

Coming from a dance background, Emily understood the importance of movement at an early age & eventually discovered a love for yoga as well. She had a desire to connect with people on a deeper level & that led her to completing her yoga certification. Emily's yoga practice combines movement, kindness, freedom, the oneness of being: All into one beautiful package. She is excited to share this journey with her class!

Adelle loves mother nature & brings a grounding vibration to her teaching. She guides each class with an open mind and an open heart. She focuses on opening up & detoxifying the body & mind while linking breath to movement. Adelle received her yoga teaching certification from Core Power Yoga.

Courtney Spier

Courtney has been practicing yoga for 6 years and have been an instructor for 2 of them. She loves all different kinds of yoga, but focuses in Power Yoga, Strength Yoga and Vinyasa & empowering her students through their yoga practice. She is also a massage therapist which gives her additonal insight into the body-mind connection. The yoga community here is such a delight to be a part of & it fills her heart to be able to share her love for yoga with others!

Maddie believes that the practice of yoga has the power to change lives & has a deep passion for sharing it with others. Her training comes from different areas of the world: U.S., Costa Rica, Indonesia, Australia & Thailand. This experience has given her the opportunity to blend different styles of yoga from various cultures/teachers. She is excited to meet you & guide you through your practice at Zen Den!
