Jedediah Keck became interested in bodywork through his years of practice in traditional asian martial arts. After studying a variety of Eastern and Western bodywork modalities, he has developed a practice that is centered on enhancing athletic performance, facilitating relief from sports injuries and orthopedic conditions, and improving quality of life for his clients. Each session is tailored to the clients goals using a range of approaches, including: Swedish, Tui Na, Acupressure, Trigger Point, Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Sports massage, and more. Cupping and gua sha (traditional Chinese skin scraping technique) are also offered as additions to any bodywork session.

Anna has a strong passion for massage therapy as a way to help the body heal through a more holistic approach. As a graduate of Southeastern Institute in Charlotte, her training in neuromuscular therapy was clinically focused. She has since furthered her education, earning the certification as a Medical Massage Practitioner, as well as additional education in sciatica, piriformis syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia, and shoulder girdle dysfunctions. She has worked in various clinical settings. Her main focus when working with clients is listening to their concerns, understanding their needs & using that insight to help the body facilitate healing through intuitive touch. Each session is customized to the individual, and can use a variety of techniques including Swedish,deep tissue, neuromuscular, myofascial, trigger point, stretching, table thai, and cupping. Prenatal massage (after first trimester)can be done either side lying or prone with a bolster.

Ryleigh is an esthetician specializing in brow artistry, facials as well as spay tanning. She is trained in Circadia, Epionce and Ellebana and looks forward to helping you achieve your long term brow and skincare goals.
