Coach Tamara Tangherlini, is a certified ACE Group Instructor with a Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology in Wellness Promotion. CPR Certified. USAG Safety Certified. Background; taught professional team and recreational gymnastics for over 20 years. Was a dancer at CSUF and choreographer for floor routines, small and big Function Events. Was a swimmer for the YMCA and has participated in many fitness workshops such as for IDEA Health Institute, USAG conferences and NCCPT personal trainer academy. Worked in Southern California gymnastics gyms such as, Eric Will Gymnastics, Kips Gymnastics, Yorba Linda, CPO in Argentina and World Elite Gymnastics in Ontario. Was a personal trainer at LA Fitness back in her college years. Now, Younique Fitness Director and Founder - Tamara Tangherlini is a freelance company, reaching out to clients around San Bernardino and LA counties.
