No prior yoga experience required but ability to walk on uneven terrain.

Business Hours: Typically we meet on Saturdays 9-11 am. But we can also be booked for special events like birthdays, bridal showers, or business team-building events.

Dagmar Bohlmann is an experienced yoga teacher (eRYT500) and Kripalu-trained Mindful Outdoor Guide. She loves being outside, exploring new trails, and befriending the more-than-human world. She is NOLS Wilderness First Aid certified and has completed the Maryland Master Naturalist course.
