My love for yoga began over 10 years ago when I was starting a career and frequently traveling for work. Whether across the country or at home on the weekend, I found a place of peace on my yoga mat. When I lost my mom in 2019 after she suffered for years from health challenges, I was inspired to learn more about the eight limbs of yoga and to deepen my own yoga practice. I wanted to delve into breathwork and meditation, diving deeper than asana. This yoga journey has been life-changing for me, and I strive to share what I have learned through my own study and practice. My teaching style is calm, yet encouraging, and I emphasize breath, self-awareness, and self-acceptance. I am a native of Blue Ridge, GA, where I currently teach morning flow classes. I love to teach outdoor when the weather permits. I completed my 500 RYT in December 2021 with Asheville Yoga Center. Outside of yoga, I work full-time time leading the Fannin County Chamber of Commerce & CVB. I love to travel, cook, and play golf with my husband in my spare time!
