SCHEDULING INFORMATION: -BOOKING- is done online through scheduling system. Please be sure that the contact information entered is accurate to receive all email & text confirmations/updates. Please read all service descriptions. -DEPOSITS - are non refundable/transferable all sales are final. The amount paid at time of booking will be applied toward your total service balance. DAY OF APPOINTMENT: -Please do not come earlier than 10mins before your appointment time. ONLY CLIENTS BEING SERVICED are allowed in the salon (Exception's include: minors being serviced accompanied a parent and a person with a disability.) -PAYMENT- is due in FULL at the end of your service, NO EXCEPTIONS. -I accept most forms of payment: Credit Card, Apple/Google Tap and Cash only. (No checks, Venmo, CashApp or Zelle) Late/Cancellation Policy: -There is a 15min. grace period and your service is subject to change. A late fee will also be automatically applied to the total service balance. -Appointments can be canceled online until 24hrs. before the scheduled service time. NO CALLS/NO SHOWS - will be automatically charged 70% of the total service balance due to the credit card on file. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: -All services include a shampoo. Except consultations and where specified in service description. -Previous styles must be taken down. -Consultation and Services are not done within the same day.
