Description: We are a boutique yoga studio in downtown Danville. Find your calm through any of our classes. We strive to provide a comfortable space for all of our students, from the beginner to the advanced practitioner.
Our classes will be capped at 6 students.
Additional Info: Our practices will be 60 minutes long. Please bring your own mat and props.

Francine Southerland
Francine is an E-RYT 200 and currently working on her 500 hour teacher training. She has completed Pelvic Floor teacher training, and is pleased to add cues to her yoga classes to bring awareness to strengthening and how to mindfully engage the pelvic floor. She brings her passion for yoga to her students and continuing her education on and off the mat.
