Gail spent over 1700 hours at Yoga Teacher Training at Isha Yoga Centre in India under the tutelage of Sadhguru. Here she received very strict Classical Hatha Yoga instruction for teaching Sadhguru's practices as were handed down over the centuries. She is a certified Isha instructor. She also received teachers certification from The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanata Centre. Come see what she has to teach.
