Hi! My name is Jill Boland and I am the owner and trainer here at Wellness Warehouse. My fitness journey begin when I was fifteen. I started lifting with an Olympic Weightlifting coach in my small hometown in Iowa. I began to train to increase strength, prevent injury, increase power/explosiveness and agility for sports. That is where I immediately fell in love with the whole aspect of strength training, health, and it’s numerous benefits. Since then I have acquired bachelors’ degrees in Kinesiology and Spanish (sí, español!) and multiple certifications such as Olympic Weightlifting Performance Coach Level 1, UNI’s Personal Training certification, TRX, and NESTA. I have been training for 12 years and continue to love to train all levels, whether it be sport performance, overall improvement in health or strength, weight loss, rehab, improving mobility, or hypertrophy (building muscle). My approach has always been to train/coach with positive instruction and motivation along with healthy and positive guidance on nutrition. My philosophy is the reason we work out is because of the love for our bodies. Working out is not a necessity of duty but merely a manifestation of this love. Come train with me! Let’s do this together 💪🏼

Abby Walters

Hi! My name is Abigail Walters and I am a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine! I am so excited to be here at Wellness Warehouse to help others feel their best both physically and emotionally. Little about me, I moved around quite a bit as a kid, but I now call Kansas City home. I just returned to the city about a year ago after spending about 3.5 years in Austin, Texas getting my Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. After graduating, I took about 8 months off of school to study for my boards and then jumped back into school and received my Doctorate degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in March of 2022. I am nationally board-certified and licensed in the state of Missouri. I have also been certified for facial rejuvenation, cupping and clean needle technique. When I am not giving treatments, you can find me hanging out with my dog, Olive, at barK or the English Landing Dog Park and watching documentaries with my cat Gavin. I have 2 older sisters a

Cara Fiser
Cara Fiser

Hello, friends! I’m originally from Nebraska but have spent time living in different U.S cities and in the Middle East twice. My partner is from KC so this has been home for quite a while now. There is no place better!! I love staying fit not only for a healthy body. But for me, the mental health benefits are what keep me coming back for more. Moving my body, especially with the right tunes, has always been a great way to help keep me feeling good or to improve a bad day. I love to lift and run (outdoors only please!) and have found yoga to be a great way to round out my routine. It helps me to slow down, move in different ways, and help connect my mind and body. I always feel more prepared to tackle life’s challenges and stressors off of the mat when I have a regular yoga practice. Like many people when Covid hit, I re-evaluated my life priorities. For me this meant spending more time on my personal relationships and just having fun! Life is too short for all work and no play. I also decided to leave my corporate career and move towards roles serving others and my community. This is also why I chose to pursue my yoga teacher certification. Yoga has been and is such a gift to me that I want to share it with others. When I’m not on my mat you can find me at work caring for senior citizens, baking up specialty vegan goods, hanging with my partner and pitbull (Brewer- aka Nuggy) or on a nearby river in my kayak. Can’t wait to meet you!

Aubrynne Lundgren
Aubrynne Lundgren

Hi! My name is Aubrynne, but my nickname is Bean so feel free to call me either. I am a certified yoga instructor and LOVE to connect and learn with my students. I’ve been practicing for about 6 years and couldn’t imagine my life without it. I usually refer to yoga as my church because I would not be nearly as good of a human without it. Movement is medicine, am I right? Besides yoga, I am an RN at Saint Luke’s Hospital in the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit. It drives my purpose to help others heal. In my free time, I love to cook, travel, spend time with family and friends, read, and play with my animals. I can’t wait to meet you all on the mats!

Hannah Podoll
Hannah Podoll

Hi! My name is Hannah and I am a registered dietitian! As a former collegiate athlete, I have always been interested in fitness and how nutrition impacts performance. After struggling with disordered eating and exercise for years, I found intuitive eating and learned how to use these principle alongside fitness/sports nutrition knowledge to find the healthy but balanced lifestyle I had always wanted. Now, my goal is to help other individuals do the same. I work with my clients to help foster a healthy relationship with food & movement and fuel their bodies so they can feel their best! I help to equip them with the tools to feel confident in their food choices so they don’t have to rely on meal plans, tracking food, or being told what to eat by someone else forever! Outside of work, I love being outdoors (hiking, kayaking, skiing), reading, checking out local breweries, and spending time with my husband and golden retriever, Ralph!

Spencer Ellsperman
Spencer Ellsperman

Hello I'm Spencer Ellsperman and I am a certified yoga teacher. I love the balance that yoga brings to me not only on the mat but off as well. It has brought so many new insights to aspects of myself internally that were hidden away. Yoga has also brought many great physical benefits in my life as I had a back surgery when I was 20, with yoga I do not encounter that harsh and tingling pain. It has allowed me to live my life fully! I enjoy all types of yoga as they all have their place but I really enjoy vinyasa flow, yin, and restorative flow! I am focusing on working with athletes with bringing in yoga and mindfulness into their sport and everyday life! Outside of yoga I am a photographer! I enjoy traveling, golfing, trying new foods/restaurants, going to the gym and living life to the best I can!
