Description: At heart, I am a coach. I use my knowledge of movement and anatomy to bring a different perspective to the athletes who work with me. As well as working through the mental aspect of performance, to identify fears and to work through blocks.
Additional Info: I work out of Atlanta North Stars Gymnastics at this location. If you are a new client, you will need to fill out a liability waiver and pay a $15 registration fee that is separate from the session fee.

I also hold a Yoga Teacher certification from Peachtree Yoga and have been teaching privately since 2013 as well as coaching recreational and competitive gymnastics on and off since 1995. I have been a life long athlete in gymnastics (competed from age 4-18), hockey (ISU JV team ‘97-‘99), Brazilian jiu jitsu (no-gi Pan Am 3rd place champion ‘06, no-gi World runner up champion ‘07)’. I currently enjoy white water rafting, rock climbing, hiking, and camping.
