Kristin believes each client is as unique as each therapist’s touch. Using an integrated approach to bodywork, she is able to create a personalized healing experience thanks to her training at the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy & continued education. During the fall of 2014, she spent two months traveling in Southeast Asia to explore eastern modalities and became certified in Reiki Level 1 & 2. In 2015, she completed an additional 80 hours of advanced Thai massage at the Thai Institute of Healing Arts. In the summers of 2016 & 2017, she completed levels 1 & 2 of The Berkana Method of Mindful Expressionism®. The technical aspects of this advanced training include a blend of Structural and/or Normalization of Soft Tissue Techniques, Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Trigger Point Therapy, with a blend of traditional Asian style bodywork. Kristin has been nationally certified since 2013. National Board Certification is the highest voluntary credential attainable in the massage therapy and bodywork profession, with a distinct level of achievement beyond entry-level licensure—including completing more education, hands-on experience, and a background check.

Kaleigh’s journey into the bodywork and wellness world began in 2012 while attending college in Nova Scotia. Kaleigh began a dedicated meditation practice and discovered the healing benefits of Reiki. Throughout 2012 she completed levels 1 & 2 of Reiki energy healing training before moving to Colorado. While embracing her new mountain life Kaleigh was inspired to continue her education by completing a 600 hour massage training program at Denver Integrative Massage School. Kaleigh is skilled in Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massage as well as Thai Yoga massage. Her integrative approach to bodywork ensures a therapeutic and relaxing massage to meet the needs of any client. Kaleigh is a certified member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals and takes continuing education courses to maintain this credential.

Jennie completed her 850 hour massage training in 2007 at MountainHeart School of Bodywork in Crested Butte, CO. Her training emphasized Transformational Neuromuscular Therapy (T-NMT), a combination of modalities including NMT, myofascial release, trigger point, mind body approach, and movement to address the whole person. She is licensed and insured in the state of Colorado. Jennie has experienced the transformative effect that deep relaxation and informed touch can have on a person's well being, both in herself and in her clients. She is always curious and learning more about mind, body, and healing. In addition to the advanced trainings she attends every year, Jennie completed a yoga teacher training in India in 2014. In 2016 she volunteered with Buds to Blossoms to provide pediatric massage to orphans with HIV/ AIDS and disabilities in Nepal. In the summer Jennie works on a professional trail crew to build trails on Colorado's highest peaks. She's passionate about trail running, nordic skiing, yoga, and meditation. She's an intrepid traveler and a volunteer for Grand County Search and Rescue. Her extracurricular pursuits go hand in hand with a strong interest in personal well being and wholesome living.

I spent two years at the Colorado School of Healing Arts, gaining a wealth of techniques and approaches that range from light pressure metaphysical energy to deep neuromuscular and fascial (connective tissue) releases. After completing my externship at Porter Adventist hospital and hospice, I graduated with an Associate of Occupational Science degree, dual mastery in Oncology/Medical and Reflexology massage, and accumulated a wagon full of certifications in between. Rainie graduated from Brenneke School of Massage located in Seattle Washington in 2000. Rainie has specialized training in Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone, and Swedish Massage. She believes in listening to the client and using a variety of modalities to pinpoint the needs of the client's body for each session. She is known for her "Nurturing Deep Tissue" to ease the mind and body into relaxation. Rainie also is a Licensed Esthetician and leaves her clients skin glowing and their mind and body rejuvenated.
