Camilla Gooch, LMBT #20087

My practice of bodywork began in Asheville, NC as a graduate of the Western North Carolina School of Massage. I describe my massage as therapeutic with an intuitive blend, completely customizable and tailored to meet the individual needs of my clients. My work ranges from a deeply relaxing Swedish massage to Neuromuscular Therapy. These modalities combined with myofascial stretching, skin rolling and trigger point release allows for a more direct approach to healing. I am honored to share my practice with you and to hold a space to begin the uniquely individual process of healing.
