Kara Mikkers

Born and Raised in Victoria, B.C., Kara has always had a passion for the outdoors and sports. Snowboarding, running and playing soccer are her favorite activities. She also has experience as a volunteer firefighter. Kara has always had a passion for helping others, so she made it her career. She graduated from Camosun College with a Bachelor of Athletic and Exercise Therapy. She is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Registered kinesiologist. Kara then moved on to become the Head Athletic Therapist at Briercrest College for 2 years. Recently moving back to Victoria to open her own clinic, she works with a large variety of clients. She is currently working with national, provincial, olympic, professional and industrial athletes as well as weekend warriors. Book with Kara today and start your recovery journey!

Jamie Neill
Jamie Neill

Jamie Neill is a certified Athletic Therapist and First Responder, who was born and raised in Courtenay, BC where she played volleyball, swam competitively and skied. Jamie then moved to Victoria in 2014 and attended Camosun College to receive her Bachelors in Athletic and Exercise Therapy. She has worked with Glenlyon Norfolk Secondary School and Camosun College Athletics. Jamie has experience working with people of all ages and conditions. Her appointments include a full body assessment to find the root cause and treating with electrical modalities, manual therapy techniques and rehabilitative exercise. Her appointment goals are to help her clients return to a pain free lifestyle. She is currently the Head Athletic Therapist with the University of Victoria Men’s Ice Hockey Team. She also works at Panorama Recreation Center running an aquatic rehab class. She is very committed to helping the community in Greater Victoria live an active and healthy lifestyle.
