Hi there! I’m Tara Bird. I’m a mom, and founder of VillageFit. I share resources, tips, and kid-inclusive self-care for busy moms looking to level up their health and wellness while bonding with their kids at the same time. After struggling to balance work, family, and self-care–and feeling major mom-guilt when I left my kids to workout–I knew that moms deserved a better option. I started VillageFit to provide a community for strong women to support each other's fitness journeys with kids in tow.
Erica has been in the fitness industry 15 years as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and sports nutritionist. She is the author of The Body Business Plan and is currently working on a follow up, along with teaching classes throughout Essex County
Donna has been teaching all types of fitness classes for over 15 years. She focuses now mostly on dance fitness as it quickly became her favorite type of work out. After meeting and mentoring with Louis van Amstel From Dancing with The Stars, she realized she found her destiny. “Dancing brings me so much joy, and sharing it in class makes me so happy”.
