Dr. Lita Buttolph is a licensed acupuncturist and certified wild goose qigong Instructor. She received her Doctor of Science in Oriental Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine. She also holds a Masters of Science in Integrative Medicine Research, and has conducted research on the health benefits of qigong for people with multiple sclerosis. She has been a certified Wild Goose Qigong instructor since 2005. Dr. Buttolph specializes in treating acute and chronic pain, musculoskeletal injuries, recovery from accidents and surgeries, concussions, women’s health, geriatrics including treatment for dementia, gastrointestinal conditions, cancer support and other chronic in conditions. She has interned at Providence Cancer Institute, the Immune Enhancement Project, OHSU Richmond Clinic and Asian Health and Service Center. She has received extensive training in gentle Japanese-style acupuncture, and classical Chinese herbal medicine.
