I am a native of the Northwest, born and raised here in Eugene, Oregon. I attended Oregon School of Massage for my initial healing arts training, and have since taken courses in Reiki, Reflexology, Trigger Point Therapy, Lomi Lomi, and Thai Massage. I have practiced Massage professionally since December of 2015 and am extremely passionate and dedicated to helping people find lasting relief from chronic pain through Massage Therapy. I bring my skills, experience, enthusiasm and strong healing energy to the table each time I massage a client. I do very deep therapeutic work, and am likely to be a good fit for you if you feel that you require deep sustained pressure throughout the entirety of your session and are seeking regular massage sessions throughout the year. ☀️

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist at South Hills Massage Collective in Eugene, Oregon specializing in flowing, relaxation massage with focused areas of deep tissue work.I completed the program for massage therapy from Lane Community College in 2009 and have been licensed ever since. History and Philosophy: I began massage school intuitively and did not expect the life changes it would bring about. I discovered that I had been creating distance between my mental, emotional and physical self due to trauma and lack of coping skills, and that through massage I could gently become reacquainted with the sensations I had stored and work them back into the fabric of my being to become whole. This is the passion I bring to this healing art. Connecting with our physical bodies has become increasingly more difficult in our world due to environmental trauma and stress. This is exactly why it is so important. Massage gives us the gift of feeling, and you can expect to be supported and encouraged during our sessions. My joy is to be of service on the journey of discovery and healing that everyone is on, and respecting every person's point on that journey without judgment. I am Eugene raised Oregonian who frequently finds myself in my natural surroundings of the evergreen forests of the Cascade Mountains. I have been trained in Therapeutic massage at IBS School of Massage in Eugene, OR where I learned a myriad of techniques including Deep Tissue, Reiki, and Reflexology. A strong background in Medicinal Plant Studies has led me to seek a direct approach to aiding the systems of the body to recover from injury and other undesirable circumstances by relaxing muscle tissues and performing deeper work where appropriate. I offer hot towels and aromatherapy as standard practice. I am able to develop a positively charged rapport quickly to aid in the comfort of my client’s experience and promote well being throughout the entire session.
