Namaste! I am Jolene and this is my story. Like most of us, I am living the ultimate human race - rushing around, always late, filling every minute of every day. I use yoga as a means of slowing down through a feeling based practice with intentional breath and mindful yoga movements to build and balance strength, flexibility and mobility. I am trained in Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Trauma Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Vibrational Sound Healing, Reiki, Foot Zone Therapy, and other healing bodywork methods that I share in private sessions, group classes, and retreats.
