A Morgantown native, Sarah Smith-Paugh is a licensed massage therapist, yoga instructor and healer at heart. For over nine years, Sarah has focused her work on Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology. A Reiki Master, she believes her true calling is in the practice of energy work, an ancient healing art. Sarah continuously expands her expertise by taking experiences in healthcare and combines them with her experience and passion for healing modalities such as herbalism, yoga and meditation. “I am driven to help others by alleviating pain, both emotionally and physically through the power of touch. It’s amazing what our bodies are capable of doing if we just take the time to promote relaxation and balance.”
