I retired from pediatrics years ago and am delighted to have found a healing modality that addresses the physical and spiritual. Indeed yoga helps all aspects of life. I began teacher training in Svaroopa® yoga in 2015 and have been teaching ever since, most recently at Namasté Yoga in Tallahassee, FL.
