Jay Grace
Jay has studied and practiced yoga, mediation, and other spiritual disciplines since 1994. With his wealth of experience, energetic attunement, and mindful approach, he brings a practice of heart centered grounding to the mat. Jay’s primary focus is to allow his students to experience physical, mental, and spiritual growth and integration on and off the mat. He has found alignment and release through the practice of yoga throughout his life and with gratitude, desires to share this gift with others desiring balance, alignment, and wholeness
