Brooke's yoga journey began 23 years ago in a Parks and Rec class as a young mom, where she felt a renewed connection to her body. In 2014, her practice deepened as yoga became vital for her emotional and spiritual growth, igniting her passion for helping others. She often shares her belief: “Come to the mat for the physical, leave with the spiritual; come for the spiritual, leave with the physical.” She completed her 200-hour training in 2021 and studied briefly with Todd Roderick at Ashtanga Atlanta, learning the importance of alignment and sequencing. Her classes blend asana, mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork, creating a space where students feel both safe and at ease. Outside the studio, Brooke has been married for 18 years and is a mom to three (two teens and one adult), along with many dogs. A self-proclaimed "river rat," she loves gardening, dancing, cooking with friends, and constantly seeks new outdoor adventures.
