I have been an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified group fitness instructor since 2008 and NASM certified personal trainer since April 2021. I teach a variety of cardio and strength formats, mainly rhythmic, and have been personal training since I was certified. I first started taking step and strength classes at the University of Oregon where I fell in love with fitness and the group exercise environment. After I graduated from the U of O, I moved to Bend and decided to become a group fitness instructor. I continue to learn different formats and stay current with the fitness industry by taking several certifications yearly. In 2021, I decided to broaden my knowledge and become a certified personal trainer so I can help individuals achieve their fitness goals with small group and one-on-one training. Besides being a wife and a Mom to two girls, I do accounting for my family business. In my free time, I love to go on hiking and skiing adventures with my family!
