The Painted Pixie
Tracie Tervalon also known as The Painted Pixie, is a master colorist whom has perfected the art of painting hair as well as glossing (toning) the hair fabric of any woman who sits in her chair. Tracie has extended her knowledge base by traveling all over the United States, studying under the world's most elite colorists. In accompaniment of in person education, she also regularly attends online webinars to expand her ever growing techniques.
