Amber Hall
Amber Hall

Amber Hall grew up in Logan, Utah and Preston, Idaho. She has always had compassion for all those around her and knew she wanted to be in the health field. Amber met her husband, Adam when she was only 15, but they were just friends for many years. When it came time to get married, there was no doubt that being married to her best friend has made life so wonderful. She and Adam were blessed to adopt 2 beautiful babies. Upon graduating from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2000, Amber ran a successful massage clinic in Park City, Utah. She was proud to work on several Olympic athletes during the 2002 Olympics. Amber sold her business after 5 years to raise her 2 babies and they moved their little family of 4 to Rigby, Idaho: Her husband's hometown. In 2012, Amber started up another massage business. 4 years later, Amber watched her dream become a reality as she and her hubby remodeled an old building to what is now The Hygge Day Spa and has since brought in several other therapists, foot zoners and Aestheticians to make the Day Spa what it is today. She and her staff have worked hard to make the day spa have all the feel of Hygge. Her passion in life is to help others feel better and what better way than in a Day Spa?

Massage is a great way to bring balance to your body and your life. It is immensely rewarding and satisfying to use my massage knowledge to help people relax, feel better and become more aware of their body so they can stay healthy. 18 years’ experience as a Massage Therapist. Professionally educated and certified with over 800 hours of instruction and continuing education which includes course work of the human anatomy and physiology as well as hands on massage training. Currently licensed in the State of Idaho and a long standing member of the Associated Massage and Bodywork Professionals. A 2004 Graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute in Southfield, Michigan. As a massage therapist it is vital to learn as much as possible to grow and help provide results for each individual. No two bodies are the same; no two massages are the same. I pride myself in taking a slow thorough and intuitive approach with each client. Every massage is a new experience for me whether I am working with a new client or an established client. I have a variety of effective therapeutic massage techniques that are helpful to people who are dealing with muscular pain, tightness, poor circulation, low joint range of motion, flexibility, headaches, and the daily grind of stress. My acquired techniques range from swedish massage, resistive muscle movements, myofascial release moves, and muscle energy work, to hot stone, medicupping, reflexology and cranial sacral holds. I also make use of special tools that help me reach a deeper level of soft tissue release for my clients when it is needed. My goal: to provide my clients with the best treatment available, specific to their needs. As each client is of the utmost importance, I am committed to meeting those needs. Why I do what I do: I wanted a career that was rewarding and satisfying, I found that in massage. I absolutely love helping people relax and feel better thru the use of massage. I believe massage is a great way to bring balance

Nicole was raised in Pocatello, ID. She graduated with a B.S.in Nursing from I.S.U. in 1995. She worked several years as a surgical/orthopedic RN in acute care settings. While working as a nurse, she became interested in massage as a way to reduce pain both acute and chronic without the use of medication. This led her to the Rexburg College of Massage Therapy where she graduated in 2014. She has been working as a Licensed Massage Therapist for 8 years in Eastern Idaho, and has enjoyed watching client's pain decrease when making massage a part of their health care routine. Her technique is a firm relaxing massage that incorporates passive movement and positional holds to achieve pain relief and deep relaxation. She also enjoys Hot stone, Soma cupping and Maternity massage. Recently, she completed a Gua Sha course that is a modality used to help break up tension especially in scarred or overused areas of the muscle tissue. Nicole is excited to be working at Hygge.
