Erica is a 2004 graduate of the Center for Natural Wellness: School of Massage and is a certified aromatherapist and herbalist. She is a massage therapy instructor, formerly at Mildred Elley's massage therapy program in Albany, NY and now as a board certified provider through the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. She holds advanced certifications in Barefoot Therapy Ashiatsu, Cupping, Biodynamic and Upledger Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Thai massage and is a Usui Reiki Master Practitioner. She is a member in good standing with the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, the International Cupping Therapy Association, The Alliance for International Aromatherapists and the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapists.

Kim is a graduate of John Paolo's Beauty Institute in Latham, NY and the Center for Natural Wellness: School of Massage in Albany, NY. She is duel licensed in massage therapy and cosmetology Her specialty is Myofascial Release Technique and she studied under John Barnes, PT to become a certified practitioner. She also holds a "Myofascial Cupping" certificate and is certified in Kinesio-taping.

Jessica is a graduate of the Center for Natural Wellness and has advanced training in Thai, Ashiatsu, Sound Bowl healing and Pediatric Oncology massage. She has traveled the world for various training and she offers all styles of massage!

Liz is a graduate of the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy School in North Carolina, and of the Center for Natural Wellness in Albany, New York. Liz’s interests include managing chronic muscle pain and tension due to overuse, poor posture, and stress. Liz has been a valued member of our team since 2017!

Sharon is a Licensed Esthetician. She attended Austin's School of Spa Technology in Albany, NY and the Aesthetics Science Institute in Latham, New York. She has advanced certification in lash extension, dermaplaning, facial cupping and advanced skin care. Her skin care lines, Sacred Grove and Skin Care by ShariB are botanical based serums that support healthy skin and facial rejuvenation.

Laurie has nearly 2 decades of skin care expertise and loves helping people achieve their skin care goals!
