As a survivor of childhood trauma and abuse, I’ve spent much of my life healing myself, and sharing what I’ve learned to help people like you find healing and relief. For over 30 years I’ve been providing spirit-led, trauma informed, multi-dimensional healing and education. Using a variety of individual healing methods (CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Reiki, Energy healing) and classes (Tai Chi, QiGong, Reiki Training, TRE: Trauma-Releasing Exercise), I hope to walk with you on your journey to living a fuller, richer, more spacious life.
