Graduated from the Mexican Dance Academy of Fine Arts in Mexico as a concert dancer (1997-2005). Professional dancer with 18 years of experience. I began my study and training as a Controllogy Pilates teacher with Teacher Saúl Maya in 2008 and it was not until 2009 that I began to teach. I was fortunate to start my career as a pilates teacher at the "Space Pilates" studio in Mexico City, always focused in the controllogy technique as a lifestyle.
