Megan has been practicing mindfulness and meditation for the past twelve years. She is an alumna of Northern State University, and she completed her masters degree in Mindfulness-Based Counseling Psychology from the Naropa University. She has participated in week-long silent meditation retreats. She is certified by Mindful Schools in mindfulness fundamentals and mindfulness teaching essentials and completed instructor training with Be Mindful in Denver, Co. She returned to Aberdeen in 2018 and enjoys teaching and serving in the community.
