I believe that physical fitness and maintaining good muscle health are the keys to a long and happy life. I am a Michigan Licensed Massage Therapist, and I’ve also been Certified for Massage through NCTMB and IMF. I completed my Training at Irene’s Myomassology Institute in 1995, and immediately went to work in a Physical Therapy clinic along-side MDs, DOs, PTs, DCs and Exercise Physiologists. At the same time, I opened my own practice while continuing my education in areas of NMT, Myofascial Release, and pre-physical therapy classes. In 2011 I decided to become a Personal Trainer to be able to help people with their overall health and wellness goals. I have a passion to work with individuals or groups of people who suffer from chronic pain to help them regain their quality of life. I understand from personal experience the challenges sufferer's face.
