Taylored Movements Pilates 

Taylor Meheran is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher in Chicago, Illinois, providing virtual and in-person private instruction and group classes. In 2015, she was certified through the classical training program at Frog Temple Pilates Center and has done further training in the years since in Pre- and Post-Natal, CoreAlign, Arcus bar, Iyengar Yoga Wall, myofascial and nervous system release, and somatic movement techniques. In 2020, she became a Pilates Sports Center Master Teacher. An eternal learner, Taylor is constantly seeking new knowledge in an effort to bring a better movement experience to her students. She creates Pilates programs for each student to tailor to their specific needs, whether they are athletic or injured, 15 or 80. She appreciates the opportunity to work with each client's most sacred possession- their body- and aims to provide them with new options of movement to incorporate into their daily lives.
