I have been in the healing arts profession for over 24 years. I began my journey with Reflexology, receiving certification in 1997 with the Reflexology Association of Canada. I went on to further my studies and graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in 2005. ​ During my time as a Massage Therapist, a journey of self discovery began leading me to certification from the Transformational Arts College of Spiritual Psychotherapy in 2012. ​ In February 2016, I became a Wellness Advocate with doTerra® and introduced Essential Oils and Aromatherapy into my massage practice. ​ I believe in partnering with my clients with a mind, body and soul approach to health and wellness.
