In private practice since 1993, Holly has experience in these massage settings: Massage Education, Chiropractic, Hospice, Corporate On-Site, Day Spa, Volunteer, Disaster Response, Medical Spa, In-Home, and Geriatrics. She is Nationally Board Certified and Virginia State Licensed. Myofascial Release, Swedish Techniques, Deep Touch and Light Touch are all in the potpourri of her massage style. Holly believes massage is as wonderful to give (well almost!) as to receive. Quiet fluid untethered space is a gift to both therapist and client sharing an unspoken language of touch and presence.

In private practice since 2003, Chery has worked with Physical Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Psychologists, Homeopaths, and Dietitians to complement their therapies. She is Nationally Board Certified and Virginia State Licensed. Myofascial Release, Swedish Relaxation, Gentle Deep Tissue, and Neuromuscular Techniques are used intuitively and professionally. Cheryl enjoys working with all populations including those in cancer treatment. She is dedicated to promoting health, healing, and well-being in a nurturing environment.

Lisa is a graduate of the Virginia School of Massage of 2016, is passionate about helping others, passionate about massage, and well, just passionate about life! Her work integrates various techniques on a foundation of Swedish massage to target challenged areas of the body with customized pressure. Lisa's training includes oncology massage, medical massage, and scar tissue management. She has experience with geriatric massage and clients both frail and hearty. She is Virginia State Licensed and loves learning by working with a wide variety of clients. She’s fanatical about continuing education and trainings.
