Our mission is to create a safe & inclusive space in the comfort of your home to practice mindfulness and transmit the teachings of *Classical Hatha Yoga by cultivating compassion, love, wisdom and community. In each class there will be focus on breath work (Pranayama), poses (Asana), yogic teachings (Dharma) and meditation (Dhyana) to relieve stress, encourage healthy habits, and improve overall health & well-being. *Classical Hatha Yoga was developed in the 15th century and is well-known as a physical and spiritual practice for mind-body health.
