Carolee VanCouyghen Nevulis, FNP-C Board Certified Nurse Practitioner Carolee has been practicing holistic health for over fifteen years. Over time she has adopted a transcultural approach to healing, drawing from a wide variety of body work, reflexology methods, and energy medicine. Carolee discovered holistic health at a young age in her quest to feel and be healthier. She developed a passion for the healing arts, and today practices integrative functional medicine and mind-body therapies to help improve the health and wellness of others. Lucy Sweeny, LMT (She/Her/Hers) Massage Therapist, Healer, Surfer, Yoga and Meditation Guide Lucy is a massage therapist and wellness practitioner. She has spent the last decade traveling the earth and expanding her education in the world of wellness. She is a graduate of The Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy where she became certified in both western and eastern style therapies including traditional Swedish massage, Thai massage, Hot Stone massage & Sports massage. Lucy incorporates her passions into her treatments through dynamic and integrative sessions. Clients have options to add breath work, cupping, CBD, or meditation to their sessions. Lucy is dedicated to creating personalized sessions for every client based on their specific needs; always with the goal to balance mind, body and spirit. The general flow and energy infused in all treatments grow from Lucy’s connection to and respect for earth and water. In addition to being a Licensed Massage Therapist, Lucy also is a registered yoga and meditation teacher with trainings from both Gokarna, India and Bali, Indonesia. Her ability to tailor yoga classes from restorative to more energizing dynamic flows, makes each class a unique experience for all levels! Keryn Kwan-Wass, NBC-HWC (She/Her/Hers) Functional Nutrition Health Coach Board Certified Health Coach Certified Heartmath Mentor Keryn is a Certified Heartmath® Mentor, helping clients build personal resilience to life’s stressors by embracing the connection between the body and the brain. As a Certified Heartmath Mentor, she extends her expertise to working with parents and children, focusing on building resilience, mindfulness, compassion, and providing nutrition education. Keryn Kwan-Wass embodies a holistic approach to well-being, combining her technical proficiency with a genuine commitment to enhancing the lives of her clients through tailored and comprehensive therapeutic care. Keryn’s personal journey led her to Functional Medicine to overcome health challenges. Through her own experiences with thyroid disease, thyroid cancer, eczema, and sinus issues, she understands first-hand the transformational and curative power that changes in habits can have on a person’s health and well-being. Keryn hopes to help people reach their individual health goals and understand the root causes of their health-related challenges. As a functional medicine health coach, she is focused on helping clients navigate nutritional and lifestyle adjustments through compassion, empathy, and encouragement to achieve meaningful and lasting results.

Dee is a certified reflexologist, and Board member of the Reflexology Association of Rhode Island. Dee has over 15 years of experience in reflexology, yet is constantly learning. Her passion for learning and growth is what sets her apart. Dee's original Certification was granted from Lorraine J Telepo at the Academy of Medical Reflexology. Her goal as a reflexologist is to help those that suffer from stress, and stress related symptoms.

Certified reflexologist. Claudia lived in Germany for 12 years, where she experienced holistic healthcare. A person’s mind and spirit were treated as equally integral parts of health. She was able to witness the body’s natural ability to heal itself when given proper attention and care. Upon returning to the US – that yearning to further explore holistic medicine remained constant. One day she attended an information night about reflexology, and the rest is history! She became a certified reflexology and has never looked back. Jo-Anna has been a practicing Herbalist since 2005, and has attained multiple certifications. She continues her studies with various Master Herbalists here in the states, and abroad. She practices the Vitalist approach and is an ongoing student at The School of Evolutionary Herbalism. Jo-Anna is the founder of Botanic providence, a plant based self care brand that also incorporates supportive herbal therapies. Jo-Anna's goal is to create a safe space for healing, to support a lifestyle free of toxicity: both chemically and philosophically.

Mairéad has been working in the healing arts for over 20 years. She is a member of the National Ayurvedic Medicine Association as an Ayurvedic Clinical Herbalist (2016) and certified in Kripalu Massage & Bodywork (2009). A lifelong learner, Mairéad has continued to gather certifications in, Shiatsu, Thai, Ayurvedic Marma Point therapy, Shirodhara, and her most favored forms of yoga (Kripalu, Yin, Restorative and Prenatal). With these many wisdom traditions and teachings to draw from, each meeting with Mairéad is finely tuned for deep healing. Her intention for any client in her care is for them to find a touchstone of inner peace, trust the body, and allow energy to flow unobstructed. Working at the Holistic RI is a nurturing space for Mairéad to practice along side many equally passionate and caring professionals. In her downtime, Mairéad enjoys spending time with her family and friends, volunteering at her local Waldorf school, and working in the garden while listening to baseball.
