I teach people of all ages and levels of athleticism how to manage their posture and everyday movements, specifically their spines. Offering an understanding of how your body is built to move, so you can better understand your injuries, why they happen, and how to potentially eliminate pain by developing new movement habits. The Gyrokinesis® Method is a safe approach I use for those who have been sedentary in addition to those who are physically active who want to regain any lost flexibility. I also specialize in education, prevention, and management of basic pelvic floor functioning for men and women.

Holli Harvey, NCPT
Holli Harvey, NCPT

I love empowering people through movement that integrates the principles of Pilates which are: awareness, breath, balanced muscle development, concentration, control (mind, body), centering, efficiency, precision, flow, & harmony. When we learn these principles in class, we can apply them throughout the day in whatever activity we're doing. I teach proper biomechanics & give feedback through verbal & hands-on cueing to help my students get the most out of their practice & leave with a sense of accomplishment. My goal for the class is to create a safe space where people are free to be themselves, connect with others, & feel seen, heard, & accepted.
