Dr. Kelsey Lloyd’s passion, experience, and extensive wellness knowledge allows her patients to utilize the age-old traditions of chiropractic care while adding the benefits of scientific knowledge and current research. Dr. Kelsey is a graduate of Northwestern Health Science University. During her internship, she sought out extra opportunities to expand her knowledge in the areas of pediatrics and unique changes that happens with pregnant and postpartum bodies. She has also undertaken extra training in the area of nutritional and supplementation support, athletic rehabilitation protocols and kinesiology taping. As a mother herself, she fully understands the stresses that go with going to school, working, and raising a child. Because of this experience, she is especially passionate about helping other mothers through challenging times.
Dr. Jessica Kroeger grew up in a small farm town in Iowa, where she developed a strong sense of community and a deep appreciation for holistic, people-centered care. In 2012, she moved to Minnesota to attend the University of St. Thomas, earning her undergraduate degree before spending several years working in non-profit and with the Saint Paul Public Housing Agency. During this time, she also worked part-time in the service industry, gaining valuable insights into the importance of compassion, resilience, and human connection. Driven by a lifelong interest in health and healing, Dr. Kroeger returned to school in 2019 to pursue her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Northwestern Health Sciences University, graduating in 2023. Her clinical focus and passion lie in providing gentle, effective care for perinatal and postpartum women, infants, children, and families. Dr. Kroeger is Webster Certified, BRAVA Core & Pelvic Floor Certified, and has extensive training in craniosacral therapy—modalities that support nervous system regulation, structural balance, and optimal function for all stages of life. She is currently pursuing acupuncture certification, which she will complete in early 2026.
