Additional Info: To register for HYROX Classes, you will need to purchase a class package or buy a drop in class. Parking is located on the east side of the building, or out front.

Maria and Mike are the co-Founders of The Holistic Athlete Fitness Consulting and Affiliate Trainers for HYROX. Together, they program every class with intention to meet all athletes where they are at. Their extensive experience not only as coaches but as elite runners, triathletes and HYROX athletes provides them a strong foundation to effectively coach athletes from all backgrounds and experiences. They have raced all over the world, have multiple podiums throughout their athletic careers and have gone to multiple world championships for HYROX and Ironman triathlons.
