George is the creator of Characterological Based Strength Training (CBST™), an integrative health model combining psychotherapy or coaching (depending on the needs and goals of the client) and personal training/body work/movement. George is a certified Gestalt-Equine Psychotherapist, Personal Fitness Trainer, Addiction's Counselor, is trained in Levels I & II Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and is a level 3 Usui Reiki Master. George works with the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. The guide book "Chakra's With Love" by Rev. Suzanne Winterton, is dedicated to him.
