Coach Steve has been into fitness for over 32 years, starting with sports at the age of 7 all the way through high school and college. He has a huge passion for fitness and encouraging others to push forward in their own goals. He has experience with coaching kids as an instructor of tennis, and his main goal is not only for kids to have fun by being active, but to also build confidence in themselves. His favorite hobby is weight lifting and spending time with his nine year old daughter, Camden.

Coach Erik has been coaching local youth and high school baseball, in York County, for the last 7 years. He is the current varsity head Coach at West York High School. He has past coaching experience with age groups of 8u, 10u, 12u, 14u, tournament baseball and 3 years at the high school level. He specializes in teaching the fundamental aspects of the game as well as teaching youth to have fun and enjoy the game while playing. In his free time Coach Erik enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Coach Sarah has been playing competitive softball for 20 years. She has past coaching experience with 8U to 14U, previously taught pitching clinics and provided private pitching lessons. Sarah has a passion for the game and wants to share that with kids of all ages. In her spare time, she still enjoys playing competitive softball, spending time with her family, and being outdoors (especially on the water).
