Charlotte is a registered Ayurvedic Practitioner through the National Ayurvedic Medical Association. She is registered through Yoga Alliance as an experienced 500 hour Ayurveda Yoga Teacher and CE provide. She is the lead trainer for the Trillium Ayurveda Yoga School. A dedicated teacher, she is honored to teach people that yoga and Ayurveda is for everybody. With the beautiful blend of physical, mental, and spiritual tools/wisdom, it is possible to heal the body, mind, heart, and soul.
