I am certified nutrition & fitness coach and have been a coach for over 8 years. I specialize on small group fitness, HIIT, metabolic conditioning, resistance training, functional training and habit based nutrition coaching. My personal athletic and health journey turned into a passion for inspiring others. Have been "there" myself, allows me to better understand and help others. I am no fitness model. I never forget where it all started for me... it's been a journey towards becoming a little bit better every day. I didn't set myself towards perfection nor I think should you.
