My love for yoga began in 2015 when I arranged for my hubby and I to go to a class with JennDYoga to help him with his flexibility and his bad back. It was meant to help him, and it did for sure in many ways. But it did so much more for me than I ever could have expected. It felt great physically, but it also calmed my mind and soothed my soul. In July of 2017 I took the plunge to take the Intensive Teacher Training at Yoga Passage in Calgary. Initially I had only intended to take the 200 hours of training to learn more about the practice of yoga, the history behind it and why it made me feel so good. Since then, I have also taken Yin Yoga Training and looking forward to learning more in the future. I now share that love with others and help them feel as good as I do when practicing yoga both on and beyond the mat. I hope to do so by having students practice in a way that is right for them, guiding them to listen to their body and move according to what they hear from their soul.
