Come rock your Flow It was Love at first pose for Adonia. Stepping foot in her first yoga class over 14 years ago. Wanting to deepen her practice and continue to see where the journey would take her, she completed her Vinyasa Flow 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Susan Smith of One Yoga over 12 years ago to become a Certified RYT through Yoga Alliance. Through the gift of teaching she went on to earn her accreditation with Yoga Alliance as a 200hr E-RYT, received her Yin certification, and also offers 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings through One-Yoga certified though Yoga Alliance. Adonia teaches a lively, sweaty, and FUN class, emphasizing living your life fully and not taking yourself too seriously. With a soulful & invigorating expressive flow she will sprinkle in traditional and playful sequencing along with great music into each class. She encourages students to have a healthy curiosity about their edge, “when we create new edges for ourselves on the mat it trickles out into the world and we begin to create new edges in our day to day lives.”
Amanda has been practicing yoga since 2003, when she found yoga in college beginning with a home practice and continued to practice through her pregnancy and after the birth of her daughter, finding the many benefits for her overall health and wellness that it had to offer. After finding a studio practice in 2012 and discovering Hot Vinyasa and the link of breath and movement, she was compelled to teach and share yoga with others. In 2014 she received her 200 hr certification through One-Yoga. It is her passion to help others enhance their overall health, and she teaches a loving and fun Vinyasa flow, offering variations and modifications to help students improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and find emotional, mental, and spiritual clarity. “I came to yoga for the physical practice and through this practice discovered my own individual strength and learned to release and let go. I truly feel that yoga is for everyone and that it will give you the key to unlock whatever hidden potential you might be searching for and in the process you may find so much more. Yoga is a gift that I love to share, so others too can find their inner light and let it shine.”

Devon completed Susan Smith’s One-Yoga 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training under Adonia in 2024 to become certified with the Yoga Alliance. Devon’s love and adoration for yoga began about 20 years ago when she took her first yoga class. As Devon continued taking classes and started to feel the benefits of yoga off of her mat bringing her clarity, a sense of support, love, openness, confidence, and light into her life. This is when she knew that yoga was something she had to share with others. Devon is forever a student of yoga. During her spare time when not playing with her two beautiful sons and husband, she loves to read and learn about yogic and Vedic lineage, tradition, and history. She integrates that wisdom into her classes. Devon is following her dharma by holding space for those who are ready to seek something greater than their “self.”
