Amber has been teaching fitness classes since August of 2018 and is a certified fitness trainer through the International Sports Science Association. She is also working on her certification in sports nutrition. Amber was a very active athlete in high school with basketball and track and has continued to stay active by completing many 5K’s, 10K’s and half marathons, along with completing 12 years of the Big Horn trail run between the 18 mile and the 32 mile. She also loves hiking and being in the outdoors. “Teaching is not a job for me, it’s a fun way to get to work out and interact with a great group of people, while focusing on lifelong learning as I work towards enhancing the well-being of my clients by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, support, guidance and resources to assist and inspire them on their own journey to a healthier life.â€
