He is also the founder of Lifeblood Contemplative Ministry, that meets here every Wed. at 7 p.m. He has a wide range of modalities to choose from to reach you exactly where you are at and bring your nervous system into balance and fulfillment in life. With a specialization in spiritual practices & healing through spiritual lifestyle change and over 19 years of study in the field, Narada is able to assist you in creating a plan to bring consistent mindfulness practices into your busy day. Resulting in a reduction of stress and better health and healing in every area.

Carrie McComb RN, LMT is a holistically trained Registered Nurse & Therapeutic Bodywork Practitioner, Herbalist, and Oracle. Allow yourself to receive and employ me to support your highest good on the path to wellness. Sacred Vibes Wholistic branches out from Be Entirely Well. A facilitator with over 20 years relationship with herbalism & natural health. Aiding in stress relief, empowerment, wellness promotion, pain relief, and wholeness in an environment built on compassion, awareness, support, rest, & professionalism.
