Whether you're an in person client or we're coaching you through the SuperPHIT app, we understand that losing weight and maintaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome personal training hurdles and reach your goals. We analyze your body type, body fat percentage, BMI, and everything that makes you unique, to create your individualized program. Our Founder and Head Coach, Rob Campbell is a Marine Corps Veteran who understands the need for focused discipline and consistency. As a Coach he will be the voice in your ear helping you to keep going on those days when you feel like slacking off, yet he's also experienced enough to empathize and coach you according to your personality, motivational triggers, abilities and personal goals. A solid relationship built on trust is what has been the biggest contributor to our success and the success of our clients for over 19 years.
